Preceptor Theta Sorority Scholarship

The Preceptor Theta Sorority awards a $500.00 Scholarship to two worthy girls with financial need. Money will be awarded following successful completion of the first term/semester in college. Please send us your transcripts no later than February of the next year, letting us know who and where we should send the money.

CRITERIA

• Applicant is a female HRVHS graduating senior
• Financial need
• Scholastic achievement
• Activities, charity, and other community involvement

SUPPLEMENTAL

1. Three references who could be contacted if the committee needs more information. Include address and phone number of each reference.
2. Essay: Prepare a statement with these subjects in mind:
   1. Tell us about yourself and your family.
   2. What courses did you take in high school and how did they help you?
   3. What are your goals? What have you done to achieve them? What do you hope to do in the future to attain them?
3. The FAFSA / ORSAA is required for this scholarship.
