In cooperation with the Hood River County Education Foundation
The Parkdale Veterans of Foreign Wars Post has established a scholarship fund and will award a scholarship to a graduating senior at Hood River Valley High School. This is one $1,000 scholarship.
CRITERIA
- Attended Parkdale Elementary School for at least three (3) years
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
SUPPLEMENTS
The HRCEF Parkdale VFW Scholarship does not require any additional documents.
SCORING
- Community involvement (volunteering, employment, etc.) specifically related to the community of Parkdale (75%)
- School involvement (25%)
