CRITERIA
- Applicant must be an HRVHS graduating senior
- Cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher
- Demonstrate an interest in civic activity and leadership and/or foreign language and cultural studies

- Essay: Describe your background and your goals for obtaining a higher education (250 words or less)
