Diamond Fruit Growers will award these two annual scholarships to graduating seniors from Hood River Valley High School.
Each scholarship is for $1,000 and will be awarded by the Diamond Fruit Growers Scholarship Committee and will be for the purpose of obtaining a four-year college degree from an accredited college. Emphasis for selection will be on academic performance, participation in school activities and community involvement.
The money will be paid to the university or college directly upon the successful completion of one full college term or semester and verified enrollment for the second term or semester.
Emphasis for selection shall be on academic performance, participation in school activities and demonstrated citizenship.
The students shall be selected by the Diamond Fruit Scholarship Committee.
CRITERIA

- Academic performance
- Citizenship and other activities
- Planning to obtain a four-year college degree
