Every HRVHS scholarship requires the common forms and students are required to submit ONE copy of each of the following common forms: official transcript, financial statement, activities chart, and SAR/FAFSA or ORSAA. Students only need to submit ONE copy of each document; the HRVHS Counseling Office will send a copy of all common forms to the scholarship committee for each student’s selected scholarships. Instructions for each document are below.
Submit your transcript, financial statement, activities chart, and FAFSA/ORSAA to scholarships@hrcef.org.
All documents must be submitted using your student email (@hoodriver.k12.or.us).
Student Bio
If you have already submitted your Student Bio, skip this section.
Before applying to any scholarships, students are required to fill out the Student Bio. The Student Bio informs the HRVHS Guidance Office about how to contact you, and which scholarships you plan to apply to. Once your Student Bio has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from HRCEF (“You are registered in the ESchol scholarship system”) and can then begin submitting scholarship applications and documents. Please allow up to 3 business days for your Student Bio to be processed.
The HRVHS Guidance Office asks that students finalize the list of scholarships they intend to apply for before completing the Student Bio.
Students must complete the Student Bio and receive confirmation that it has been processed before submitting any scholarship documents.
Note: students only need to submit the Student Bio once regardless of the number of scholarships they apply for.
